Relative luciferase activities in HEK293T cells transfected with each truncated construct are presented on the right. Luciferase activities were measured at 48 h after transfection. The results are the mean ± standard deviation of triplicate transfections and are expressed in arbitrary units based on the firefly luciferase activity normalized against the Renilla luciferase activity.
