(A) RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of Fucoxanthin for 1 h before being stimulated with LPS for another 24 h. Cox-2 and iNOS were determined by immunofluorescence staining. DAPI-stained nuclei were indicated by blue fluorescence. Cox-2 and iNOS were indicated by green fluorescence. Scale Bar = 100 μm.
