Figure 3. POT1 interacts with TRIP6 in transient transfections. (A) IP-Western blots on lysates made from transiently transfected 293T cells, to detect co-immunoprecipitation of the transfected proteins. MYC-POT1 was co¬transfected with FLAG-TRIP6 or with the FLAG vector, and the lysates were used for immunoprecipitations with the 9E10 (anti-MYC) or M2 (anti-FLAG) antibodies, as shown on top. A Total fraction (TOT) and beads only control (B) were run alongside. The blot was probed with the 9E10 antibody, and the position of MYC-POT1 is indicated by the arrow. The immunoprecipitated MYC¬POT1 by the FLAG antibody is shown with the black triangle. (B) Same as A, except that MYC-POT1∆OB is used in the co-transfection.
