PP2A inhibition results in hepatic insulin resistance despite Akt2 activation

Muscle insulin sensitivity was not altered as assessed by 2-deoxyglucose uptake (2-DOG) (d), however LB1-treatment was associated with an increase in insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in white adipose tissue (e).
