Cells treated with 10 μM bedaquiline or DMSO control for 48 hours were analyzed by luciferase assays. Luminescence was normalized by SRB (total proteins). Bedaquiline does not activate NFκB pathway (A) in normal fibroblasts, while slightly reducing HIF activation (B) ** p<0.001, ns not significant.
