(A)The U87 and T98G cells were treated with indicated concentrations of aspirin for 24 h, and the promotion of apoptosis was measured by AnnexinV-FITC/PI double staining. A representative experiment of three replicated assays was shown. (B) Western blot analysis showed Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase 3 and cleaved PARP proteins expression in U87 and T98G cells treated with the indicated concentrations of aspirin for 24h. β-actin was used as an internal control.
