(D) The apoptotic cells were significantly increased in R2C cells with down-regulated calretinin. (E) In MLTC-1 cells transfected with LV-calb2, the apoptotic index was significantly decreased when compared with the control group. (F) In R2C cells transfected with LV-siRNA-calb2, the apoptotic index was significantly higher when compared with the control group.
