T-cell differentiation and CD56+ levels in polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy and neovascular age-related macular degeneration

(C) We only found a difference in CD27- in CD28- CD8+ T-cells (signified with *, P = 0.040, Kruskal-Wallis test), where patients with nAMD which had significantly higher proportion compared to the other groups. (D) Age-related changes in CD27 and CD28 loss were comparable between the groups. CD4+CD28- and CD4+CD27-CD28- were not included due to numbers close to the extremes yielding unstable correlation analyses.
