Phenotypic age acceleration had the lowest correlation with the other two (r = 0.51, p <2.2e-16 with intrinsic age acceleration; r = 0.52, p <2.2e-16 with extrinsic age acceleration). Intrinsic age acceleration and extrinsic age acceleration had the highest correlation (r = 0.62, p < 2.2e-16).
