After integrating all the significant clinicopathological parameters and gene expression profiles in the multivariate Cox regression models of FUSCC cohort, we generated the formulas for MLXIPL and PPARGC1A to predict prognosis in FUSCC cohort, and validated prognostic ability in TCGA cohort.
