(A) After 72 hours of exposure, the cell proliferation assay showed that as the concentration of PCB1254 increased, cell proliferation was significantly inhibited. (B) After 72 hours of exposure, cell cycle was not significantly disturbed by PCB1254. (CD) Apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry and Caspase-3 activity measurement. The results showed that with increasing PCB1254 concentration, the number of apoptotic cells increased significantly. (*P<0.05).
