(BC) Flow cytometry showed that ENMD-2076 induced cell cycle arrest in G2-M phase for LN18, T98G cells. (D) Western blot analysis showed that ENMD-2076 increased the expression of Caspase-3 and Bax in LN18, T98G cells and decreased the expression of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2. Western blot analysis also showed the effects of ENMD-2076 on the phosphorylation levels of Cdc2, cyclin B1 and cyclin D1 in LN18 and T98G cell lines.
