A total of 100 significant genes were obtained by GSEA with positive and negative correlation. The most significant pathways included cell cycle, DNA replication, endocytosis, P53 signaling pathway, progesterone mediated oocyte maturation, RNA degradation, spliceosome, and ubiquitin mediated proteolysis.
