(A) The efficiency of pLVX-Puro-FAM46C in overexpression of FAM46C in DU145 cells was measured by qPCR and western blot. After DU145 cells were transduced with pLVX-Puro-FAM46C, the cell proliferation (B, C), cell cycle (D) and apoptosis (E) were measured by CCK-8, colony formation and flow cytometry, respectively. After DU145 cells transduced with pLVX-Puro-FAM46C were injected into the nude mice (n=6), the tumor weight (F) and volume (G) was evaluated, and the apoptosis (H) was measured by TUNEL.
