Figure 8. Effects of restoration of WT-TP53 on DDR1 and Raf/MEK/ERK protein levels in DU145 prostate cancer cells either lacking or containing functional WT-TP53. Western blot analysis was performed to determine the levels DDR1 and key members of the Raf/MEK/ERK pathway in response to restoration of WT-TP53. Levels of actin were determined as a protein loading control These experiments were repeated twice, and similar results were observed.
