The regulatory role of miR-107 in Coxsackie B3 virus replication

VP-1 and plaque assay were adopted for assessing CVB3 replication and virus release in Hela cells. (CD) The replication level of EGFP-Iabeled CVB3 was observed in Hela cells which had been transfected with pcDNA-lncRNA004787 or si-lncRNA004787 (magnification, 4×). The morphology of the cells and the extent of the lesions were observed under a microscope (magnification, 100×). (E) The overexpression of IncRNA004787 partially reversed the facilitating effect of miR-107 on the production of VP-1 and the phosphorylation of NFκB. The activity of NFκB signaling was detected using western blot.
