TRIM3 attenuates apoptosis in Parkinson's disease via activating PI3K/AKT signal pathway

TRIM expression was decreased in PD patients, PD mice and cells. (A) TRIM3 mRNA expression in venous blood samples of 53 patients with PD was reduced. (B and C) MPTP-HCl injection prominently decreased TRIM3 mRNA and protein expression in the mice midbrain with a time-dependent manner.
