KRAS mutations are negatively correlated with immunity in colon cancer

As shown in the enrichment plots, KRAS mutations were positively correlated with the immune pathways: macrophage M1 and M2, NK cell differentiation, class I MHC-mediated antigen processing, B cell receptor signaling, IL-2 and IL-17 pathways.
