The therapeutic significance of the novel photodynamic material TPE-IQ-2O in tumors

TPE-IQ-2O has a relatively strong PDT effect in vitro. (A) The killing effect of TPE-IQ-2O as a photosensitizer on tumor tissue requires exposure to light. (B) In vivo small animal imaging was performed on day 7 after TPE-IQ-2O PDT or traditional 5-ALA PDT. The black arrow shows burned skin and tumor festering.
