ALKBH5-mediated m6A demethylation of FOXM1 mRNA promotes progression of uveal melanoma

FOXM1 is involved in ALKBH5-induced EMT in UM cells. (A) The FOXM1 knockdown efficiency was verified at the protein level in UM cells by western blot assay.
