J147 and CMS121 reverse age-associated protein level alterations in the brain involved in inflammation, proteostasis, and the MAPK and mTOR pathways. Bar graphs of brain protein levels in young, old untreated, and old compound-treated SAMP8 mice. Data are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 4-5/group). Results were compared by one-way ANOVA, followed by Turkey’s multiple comparison test.
