ITPKA inhibited colony formation and induced cell senescence in ovarian cancer. (A) Overexpression of ITPKA in OVCAR3 and OVCA429 cells. Cells were transfected with pLVX plasmids or pLVX-Flag-ITPKA plasmids. After selection, the resistant cells were examined for the expression of Flag-tagged ITPKA.
