(B) CCL2 protein and mRNA levels in THP-1 cells were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot analysis. (C and D) The levels of CCL2 and PGE2 in the supernatant of the medium were measured using ELISA. (E and F) THP-1 cells were treated with 50 ng/mL rCCL2 and 1 μM AS1842856 for 48 h. (E) The COX-2 protein and mRNA levels were detected with RT-qPCR and Western blot analysis.
