Mdivi, a mitochondrial autophagy inhibitor, treated 20% CSE-induced HBECs and then co-cultured with puerarin at a concentration of 200 μg/mL. (A) Western blotting was used to detect the expression of mitochondrial autophagy-related proteins such as PINK1 and Parkin. (B) MTT assay was used to measure the viability of CSE-induced HBECs. (C) Apoptosis of CSE-induced HBECs were detected by flow cytometry.
