GSEA results showed that spliceosome, nucleotide excision repair, pyrimidine metabolism, DNA replication, ubiquitin mediated proteolysis, cell cycle, homologous recombination, mismatch repair, p53 signaling pathway and oocyte meiosis were significantly enriched in the high CENPL expression phenotype. GSEA: Gene Set Enrichment Analysis. (B) CENPL transcription level had prominent association with level of immune cell infiltration in HCC.
