Figure 1. OA inhibited the cell proliferation of MCF-7 Cells. MCF-10a (A), 4T1-luc (B), MDA-MB-231 (C) and MCF-7 (D) cells were treated with OA in three concentration gradients 20 μM, 40 μM and 80 μM for 16 hours (16 h), and the cell activity of each group was then detected by CCK-8. MCF-7 cells were observed at 6 hours after OA treatment and in the control group (CK) (E). Values are mean ± SD (n = 5). The cell viability was observed in OD 450 nm.
