piRNA-36741 regulates BMP2-mediated osteoblast differentiation via METTL3 controlled m6A modification

piR-36741 and METTL3 expression was upregulated in osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. BMSCs were treated by 10 mM β-glycerophosphate, 100 nM dexamethasone, and 200 μM ascorbic acid to induce osteogenic differentiation.
