piRNA-36741 regulates BMP2-mediated osteoblast differentiation via METTL3 controlled m6A modification

piR-36741 affected the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs by regulating BMP2 expression. BMSCs were infected with Lv-sh-piR-36741 alone or together with Lv-BMP2, and then cultured in osteogenic differentiation medium for 14 days.
