Loganin substantially ameliorates molecular deficits, pathologies and cognitive impairment in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease

Administration of loganin induced the change of hippocampal proteome and AD pathology. Obviously, the abnormal expression of the differentially expressed proteins may directly or indirectly regulate cognitive impairment of the 3xTg-AD mice.
