Knockdown hsa_circ_0063526 inhibits endometriosis progression via regulating the miR-141-5p / EMT axis and downregulating estrogen receptors

After transfection with hsa_circ_0063526 siRNA in End1/E6E7 cells, the number of cells in the control group was lower, and the proliferation ability of cells in endometriosis was decreased. After co-transfection with si-hsa_circ_0063526 + inhibitor miR-141-5p, the proliferation ability of End1/E6E7 cells was rescued.
