Atorvastatin suppresses NLRP3 inflammasome activation in intracerebral hemorrhage via TLR4- and MyD88-dependent pathways

Total proteins were extracted by RIPA buffer. (A) IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6; (B) NLRP3 and caspase1; (C) TLR4 and MyD88; and (D) Iba1, GFAP and NeuN protein expression were determined by western blotting analysis. GAPDH served as an internal control. The band densities were measured by Image J to estimate protein quantities.
