Modulation of RNA splicing associated with Wnt signaling pathway using FD-895 and pladienolide B

Ovarian cancer cells (A) OV-2008, cisplatin sensitive (B) OV-2008 C13 mut, cisplatin resistant, (C) A2780, (D) SKOV3 or (E) renal cancer cells (786-O) were incubated with FD-895 (100 nM to 2 μM), pladienolide B (100 nM to 2 μM), etoposide (1 μM to 30 μM), or of cisplatin (1 μM to 30 μM) for 48 h. Cells viability were measured as using MTS assay. This experiment was repeated in triplicate independently. Data presented in form of % SIA. The data shows the results of samples analyzed in duplicate with the mean and its respective SD.
