(A, B) We found that the probability of mutation was 94.25% in the high-risk group (Figure 8A) and 90.5% in the low-risk group (Figure 8B). This suggested that patients in the high-risk group have more frequent mutations, possibly contributing to a poorer prognosis. TP53 was the most mutated gene in the high-risk group, and TTN was the most mutated gene in the low-risk group. Then we found that missense mutation was the main mutation type in both the high-risk group and the low-risk group. Interestingly, we found that the mutation types of AXIN1 and MUC4 in the low-risk group were mainly nonsense mutation and frame mutation.
