(B) The percentage of IL-17-secreting cells were lower in the control group, compared to the basic group (6.6 ± 0.4% vs 12.9 ± 1.2%, P < 0.01). The percentage of IL-17-secreting cells were significant higher in the SAA group, compared to the control group (9.1 ± 1.5% vs 6.6 ± 0.4%, P < 0.01).
