MiR-320b aberrant expression enhances the radioresistance of human glioma via upregulated expression of ALDH1A3

(B) The growth rate of GBM cells was reduced by transfection with si-ALDH1A3. (C) The colony formation assay showed a dramatic decrease in the survival rate of si-ALDH1A3 transfected GBM cells when exposed to different doses of irradiation (0 Gy, 2 Gy, 4 Gy and 6 Gy). (D) A significant decrease in cell colonies treated with si-ALDH1A3 and 6 Gy irradiation was observed compared with the control group in GBM cell lines.
