A significant difference in the slopes of the regression lines was observed for A allele carriers (-3.99 ± SE 3.47) versus the GG genotype group (5.84 ± SE 2.28) (p = 0.026). R² for GG regression was 0.336 while R² for A allele carriers was 0.107.
