(A) KYSE-150R cells were transfected with miR-217 mimic (or NC) or co-transfected with miR-217 mimic and circRNA_100367. Then cells were irradiated with 0 and 6 Gy X-ray. irradiated with 0 and 6 Gy X-ray. (BC) KYSE-150R cells were transfected with miR-217 mimic (or NC) or co-transfected with miR-217 mimic and circRNA_100367. (B) The invasion of KYSE-150 and KYSE-150R cells were detected by transwell assay. (C) The protein levels of Wnt3 and nuclear β-catenin (n β-catenin) were detected by western blot. (D) KYSE-150R cells were co-transfected with miR-217 mimic, circRNA_100367 and luciferase reporter plasmids containing Wnt3 WT or Wnt3 mut. The relative luciferase activity was detected by dual luciferase reporter gene assay.
