The impact of continuous and intermittent ketogenic diets on cognitive behavior, motor function, and blood lipids in TgF344-AD rats

Aβ40, Aβ42, and Aβ42/40 ratio data were analyzed by repeated measures two-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post-hoc pairwise comparisons. Phosphorylated and total Tau data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis’s test with Dunn’s post-hoc to compare differences between diet groups within sex. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001 indicate significant differences between groups.
