Figure 6. A subset of thyroid hormone responsive genes are induced in the P14 liver in the presence of excess T4, in an ATRX-dependent manner. Administration of T4 induces gene expression at or above the level of controls treated wtih PBS (control set to 1) only when ATRX is present in Ctrl + T4 mice and not in Atrx FoxG1cre (cKO) + T4 mice at P14. qRT-PCR data were normalized to β-actin expression, n=3-6. Groups with the same letter have means that are not significantly different. Groups with different letters have means that are significantly different (p<0.05). Error bars represent SEM.
