Soluble klotho regulates the function of salivary glands by activating KLF4 pathways

Total protein samples were collected from the skin, liver, kidney, brain, salivary gland, lung, and spleen. The expression of KLF4 protein was determined by Western blot. Actin was used as an internal control.
