Downregulation of ABI2 expression by EBV-miR-BART13-3p induces epithelial-mesenchymal transition of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells through upregulation of c-JUN/SLUG signaling

(B) RT-qPCR assay showed the mRNA expression of c-JUN was up-regulated in NPC cells with high levels of BART13-3p. (C) Western blotting assay showed the protein expression of c-JUN and SLUG was up-regulated by BART13-3p.
