Expression of SOD2 was also down-regulated in bladder cancer tissues (Figure 7A), especially in Asian populations (Figure 7C, P < 0.05). No obvious difference was indicated in the effect of low SOD expression group and high expression group on OS time (Figure 7B, P = 0.570) and DFS time (Figure 7D, P = 0.200).
