Aucubin exerts anti-osteoporotic effects by promoting osteoblast differentiation

Figure 8. The Nrf2-siRNA transfection strongly abolished the effects of AU on the protein expressions in Dex and H2O2 damaged MG63 cells. The up-regulation of AU on the expressions of Nrf2, SOD1, HO-1, OCN and BMP were strongly abolished in Nrf2-siRNA transfected MG63 cells after (A) Dex and (B) H2O2 exposure. The quantification data of proteins were normalized by corresponding GAPDH, respectively, expressed as mean ± S.D. (n=4) and analyzed using a one-way ANOVA. # P<0.05, ## P<0.01 and ### P<0.001 vs. control cells, *P<0.05, **P<0.01 and ***P<0.001 vs. Dex or H2O2-exposed cells.
