Western Blot was used to determine the expression levels of (C, D) cleaved Caspase-3 and (E, F) pyroptosis associated proteins (Caspase-1, Gasdermin D, NLRP3, IL-1β and IL-18) in RPE cells. (“Con” means “Control”, “Hg” means “High-glucose”, “OE-M” means “Overexpressed METTL3” and “Inhi” means “miR-25-3p inhibitor”). Each experiment had at least 3 repetitions, the data were collected and represented as Mean ± SD. “*” means p < 0.05 and “**” means p < 0.01.
