Amphiregulin promotes cisplatin chemoresistance by upregulating ABCB1 expression in human chondrosarcoma

(D) Cis-SW cells were transfected with ABCB1 siRNA, then treated with cisplatin (10 μM) for 24 h. Cell viability was examined by MTT assay.
