Comparison of colony-forming ability of high CaMKIIγ expression (C, **P < 0.01), low CaMKIIγ expression (D, *P < 0.05) and the controls, respectively. Cells were plated in the growth medium in 6-well plates and the colonies were counted under light microscope after roughly 3 weeks.
