(A) LncRNA DGCR5 overexpression or silencing was generated in U251-MG and SHG44 cells by transfection of lncRNA DGCR5-overexpressing vector (lncDGCR5) or small hairpin RNA (sh-DGCR5), as confirmed by real-time PCR.
