Correlation between CXCL5, CXCL9, and CXCL10 expression and immune infiltration level in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD). (A) CXCL5 expression is negatively correlated with tumor purity, and this correlation is significant. CXCL5 expression is not significantly correlated with infiltrating levels of CD8+ T cells or CD4+ T cells (n = 415). CXCL9 and CXCL10 expression is negatively correlated with tumor purity, and this correlation is significant. CXCL9 and CXCL10 expression is positively correlated with infiltrating levels of CD8+ T cells and CD4+ T cells (n = 415), and this correlation is significant.
