The mutational pattern of homologous recombination-related (HRR) genes in Chinese colon cancer and its relevance to immunotherapy responses

Mutations in HRR genes are associated with tumor immunogenicity and immune activity. Box plots showing the scores of immunogenic mutations, immunogenic indels, cytotoxic cells, exhausted CD8+ T cells, NK cells and IFN-γ signatures in the TCGA (A), TCGA MSI-H (B) AND TCGA MSS (C) cohorts. The scores for immunogenic mutations and indels are shown in log2-transformed format.
