Silencing of lncRNA MIAT alleviates LPS-induced pneumonia via regulating miR-147a/NKAP/NF-κB axis

Inhibition of MIAT alleviates LPS-induced inflammation and injury via miR-147a/NKAP axis in TC-1 cells. Si-MIAT was transfected into TC-1 cells with AMO-147a or NKAP.
